In questo articolo ti spieghiamo come monitorare e ricostruire il tuo hardware Raid se il tuo server Linux possiede un Adaptec Raid Controller.
Con il software arcconf64 hai la possibilità di controllare il Raid Controller del tuo server. Per esempio, puoi leggere informazioni e, se necessario, ricostruire un hardware Raid. arcconf64 è installato sul server di default.
- Accedi al tuo server Linux tramite SSH e diventa root.
- Leggi le informazioni sul tuo server usando il comando arcconf64 getconfig 1. Ecco un esempio:

Visualizza gli eventi per il disco rigido usando il comando getlogs 1 device.
- Prima di ricostruire un hardware raid, assicurati che l'opzione Automatic Failover sia attivata. Normalmente l'opzione è attivata per default. Puoi attivare l'opzione con il comando arcconf64 failover 1 on.
Immetti il comando arcconf64 rescan 1. Nella maggior parte dei casi, la ricostruzione del raid inizia automaticamente. Il processo viene eseguito in background e può richiedere diversi minuti. - Se la ricostruzione non si avvia automaticamente durante la nuova scansione, cancella i metadati del disco rigido con il comando arcconf64 TASK START 1 DEVICE 0 2 CLEAR. 0 sta per il canale del controller e 2 per la porta del disco rigido.
- Monta il disco rigido sostituito come Hotspare con il comando arcconf64 SETSTATE 1 DEVICE 0 1 HSP LOGICALDRIVE 1. La ricostruzione viene avviata automaticamente.
